Intercultural Choir

Wassim Ibrahim, Kraków Music and the International Organization of Migration have launched the Intercultural Choir in Kraków and invited a group of international participants to lend their voice to our common goal of building bridges through art and music.
The Intercultural Choir had their initial meeting on Friday, 9 February and will meet for a total of four months after which the shared experience will culminate in a public performance.
A Syrian-Polish musician and composer, Wassim Ibrahim is a Krakow Multicultural Ambassador and the founder and conductor of the local choir, “Chór w Kontakcie”.
The International Organization for Migration is guided by the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, including upholding human rights for all. Respect for the rights, dignity and well-being of migrants remains paramount.
