RINGHOLD is avant blues from Estonia. Imagine desert blues with rather distinctive, avant-garde vocal stylings. With a captivating sound, some call their unique style melancholic, some say it’s sort of a freaky, danceable music. The smooth and textured vocalisations delivered by Eleonora Kampe have been described as Nico channeling Meredith Monk. Kalle Tikas on electric guitar holds the progressive groove with the stylings of J.J. Cale and RL Burnside brought into their own stark and raw music.
SUPPORT: The Old-School Blues Show is an international Kraków-based duo performing classic blues and folk-rock. Luiz de Oliveira on guitar and Michele Cuscito on harmonica and vocals. They are both part of the squad leading the blues jam session at the legendary Harris Piano Jazz Bar in the Main Market Square in Kraków.
