Founded in 2015, Box Anima is a Kraków-based, prog-rock acoustic trio drawing inspiration from alt- and folk-rock, trip-hop and progressive metal from Tool. The band was awarded second place at the Student Song Festival and won the Synestezje 2019 Festival in Krakow. In the same year, they finished working on their debut EP “Niepokój”. Natalia Orkisz’s lyrics are poetic and uncompromising, and her charismatic vocals have already made many people shiver. Guitarists admire the sound Idziak managed to achieve, and everyone else is still keeping their jaws on the floor after being impressed by Machowski’s heavy hands on the cajon. Something strong for everyone.
