Join us for a special evening of mountain ballads, poetic lyrics, and heartfelt melodies with Dom o Zielonych Progach at Klub Gwarek on February 23, 2025.
This beloved group will perform both classic and new songs, bringing the magic of the mountains to the heart of Kraków. Their music, deeply rooted in poetry and folk traditions, features texts by renowned poets like Kazimierz Węgrzyn, Jerzy Harasymowicz, and Wiesława Kwinto-Koczan, alongside their own compositions.
Led by the charismatic Wojtek Szymański, the group has been an essential part of the “W górach jest wszystko, co kocham” series for two decades. Their sound has evolved with the addition of Jagienka Klecha (cello), Bartosz “Pelton” Zalewski (guitar, vocals), and Marcin Chatys (double bass), creating rich, evocative harmonies.
Whether in mountain shelters, festivals, or intimate club settings, their performances always carry the same warmth, nostalgia, and passion for nature.
