Nazywam się Artur Setlak i pochodzę z Folusza, małej miejscowości na Podkarpaciu. Tworzę muzykę od 2009 roku, jednak swój pierwszy album nagrałem w 2014 roku. Moja muzyka łączy w sobie wiele różnych styli muzycznych, ponieważ od dziecka inspirowali mnie artyści tworzący w różnych gatunkach muzycznych, od muzyki klasycznej po ciężkie gitarowe brzmienie. Swoją muzykę zaklasyfikowałbym do gatunku rock alternatywny, z elementami funcku, industrialu, bluesa oraz AOR. Gram i komponuję na: gitarze akustycznej, elektrycznej i basowej, instrumentach klawiszowych, perkusji, sazie, ukulele oraz harmonijce ustnej. Na moją muzykę największy wpływ wywarli artyści i zespoły brytyjskie, m.in. Sting, Dire Straits, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Archive, The Cure, The Cranberries, Coldplay, Phil Collins, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, U2, Dawid Bowie, John Porter, Muse, oraz amerykańscy tacy jak: Kansas, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsten, Metallica, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Bon Jovie, Marylin Manson, Korn, Pearl Jam.
My name is Artur Setlak and I am from Folusz, a small town in Podkarpacie. I have been creating music since 2009 and recorded my first album in 2014. Since I was a child I was inspired by artists who surf various musical genres from classical music to heavy guitar sounds, so my own music combines many different styles. It could still be classified as alternative rock with elements of funk, industrial, blues and AOR.
I play and compose in acoustic and electric guitar, bass, keyboards, drums, saza, ukulele and harmonica. British artists and bands exerted the strongest influence on my music, including Sting, Dire Straits, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Archive, The Cure, The Cranberries, Coldplay, Phil Collins, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, U2, Dawid Bowie, John Porter, Muse; but also American bands and artists like Kansas, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Metallica, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Bon Jovi, Marilyn Manson, Korn, Pearl Jam…
