How does it work?

Kraków Music does not make a profit on the online shop. This is a tool to support local bands and help them reach a larger and targeted audience to place their products. Kraków Music DECLARES AND PAYS the VAT of each product sold on the online shop. Kraków Music PAYS ONLINE PURCHASING FEES per transaction to the online payment service provider.

The listing price (or retail price) is the final amount of money the customer pays for the purchase on the online system, which includes the VAT (23%) and the online purchasing fees (5% + 0,3 zł).

This is an example of the breakdown of the listing price:

• Listing Price: 40 zł
• VAT (23%): 9,2 zł
• Online fee (5% + 0.3 zł): 2,3 zł
• Money transferred to seller: 40 – 9,2 – 2,3 = 28,5 zł

**We strongly suggest that your listing price is the same as the pay in cash price.

While registering to the Kraków Music shop you will find a “calculator field” to decide on the listing price of your products.

Delivery time depends on the Polish postal service. We encourage artists to send packages as soon as possible. If you need help with delivering the products you can contact Kraków Music for different arrangements.

The customer pays for delivery. The Kraków Music Shop has a shipping item with the following options: within Poland, within the rest of Europe, rest of the World.

If no shipping is selected, we assume customer is in Kraków and is given the option to retrieve the product in one of the established pick up points.
