An urban open-air space with a programme of live music events, cultural performances, workshops and outdoor cinema screenings. Owned and managed by the National Museum in Kraków, the former Hotel Cracovia, located only a short walk away from the city centre of Kraków, is now repurposed as a cultural and leisure space. Make sure to enjoy their programme of activities.
Enjoy the back garden area of this behemoth of a building at ArtSfera MNK and kick back, get some sun, or chill in the summer shade over a drink in the terrace of the adjacent cafe-bar. Expect a programme with jazz, folk music, world music, dance, films and more! You’ll find it by heading towards the far end of the long building by the entrance of Forum Designuand taking the stairs down to your right. Then either go through the gate to enter the garden or take the stairs to sit on the terrace of the cafe.
A new space in Kraków to enjoy the summer. It’s not surprising that the National Museum chose to make use of this area just after the end of the quarantine. Following months of lockdown, there was a blatant need for such initiatives. More than just a leisure space, the outdoor stage immediately transforms the area into a multipurpose venue allowing for a rich programme of cultural activities and concerts.
